Guest Checkout

FAQ

These are the questions people ask about Guest Checkout. The short answers match the rest of the site. Longer notes under each one explain the same facts in a bit more detail.

Why only Amazon Essentials?

So every package stays in the same category: ordinary, low-cost basics. That consistency is the point.

Amazon Essentials is a product line of basic clothing and household items. Guest Checkout is the company that forwards those orders. Limiting the work to one line means tees, socks, underwear, and household staples can be handled the same way. The contents stay ordinary by design.

What does the package look like when it arrives?

It arrives as a standard forwarded shipment. Nothing else.

You receive a normal forwarded parcel with your name and address. There is no special outer story and no extra treatment. The original shipper’s label is not the label on the box that comes to you. Your name and address stay private from the original shipper.

Can I use this for other Amazon orders?

No. The service is limited to Amazon Essentials to keep the contents and process uniform.

We do not forward electronics, premium brands, limited editions, or anything outside Amazon Essentials. Guest Checkout can refuse a package that is not Essentials. A refused package is not forwarded, and the forward fee is not charged for it. Check the product label before you ship an order to the Guest Checkout address.

How long does forwarding take?

Most packages are processed and sent the next business day after receipt.

That is the usual case, not a guaranteed delivery date. A package that arrives on a business day is typically sent the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Time in transit after it leaves Guest Checkout depends on the shipment itself.

Is this anonymous?

Your name and address stay private from the original shipper.

The original shipper sees the Guest Checkout address. Your name and delivery address are used to send the package to you. They stay off the original shipper’s label. You still need to give a deliverable name and address so the forward can be completed.

What does it cost?

A standard forward is $3.95 plus actual shipping. There is no monthly fee and no membership. You pay only when a package is forwarded.

Actual shipping is the cost of sending that package to you. It is not a second flat fee. If a package is refused because it is not Essentials, the forward fee is not charged. You still pay Amazon for the goods. Guest Checkout does not sell the Essentials items.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no membership and no login. Send a note from the get-started page if you want an Amazon Essentials order forwarded.

The form asks for your name, email, and a message. It is not sending messages yet. Nothing is submitted to a mailbox when you press Send. The page tells you that directly.

What if the package is wrong?

If the package is not Amazon Essentials, the service can refuse it. If a forward goes wrong because of our handling, responsibility is limited to the forward fee for that package.

The full wording of that limit is on the terms page. This answer is the same rule in short form: Essentials only, refuse the rest, and the handling limit is the forward fee.
