What We Forward

Guest Checkout forwards Amazon Essentials orders only. Amazon Essentials is the product line. It is not the name of this company.

We do not forward electronics, premium brands, limited editions, or anything outside Amazon Essentials.

Clothing

Essentials clothing is the usual order: t-shirts, socks, underwear, and other basic apparel sold under that label. These are everyday garments, not a special collection. If the item is listed as Amazon Essentials, it fits this part of the service.

A similar shirt from another brand does not fit, even if the price is close. The label has to be Amazon Essentials. Premium brands and limited editions are outside the service whether or not they are clothing.

Household staples

Household staples and everyday items sold under the Essentials brand are forwarded as well. Think of practical goods people replace on a regular basis: basics for the kitchen, bath, or closet that Amazon sells under Essentials.

The goods should be clearly low-value and practical. That describes the Essentials line as a whole. It is not an invitation to send other inexpensive products that happen to be sold on Amazon. If it is outside Amazon Essentials, it is outside Guest Checkout.

What we refuse

Electronics are not forwarded. Phones, tablets, chargers, small appliances, and similar goods stay out even when an order also contains an Essentials item. Premium brands are not forwarded. Limited editions are not forwarded. Anything that is not Amazon Essentials is not forwarded.

Guest Checkout can refuse a package that is not Essentials. A refused package is not forwarded, and the forward fee is not charged for it. Ship only Essentials orders to the Guest Checkout address so the package can be confirmed and sent on.

After it qualifies

A package that is Essentials is forwarded to the name and address you provide. Your name and address stay private from the original shipper. The package arrives as a standard forwarded shipment.

Most packages are processed and sent the next business day after receipt. You pay only when a package is forwarded. The price is $3.95 plus actual shipping. There is no monthly fee and no membership.

If you are unsure whether an item is Amazon Essentials, check the product page before you ship. The service does not sort mixed orders into a part that can be forwarded and a part that cannot. The package needs to be Essentials.

Questions about a specific order can go through the get-started form. That form is a note to Guest Checkout. It is not sending messages yet, and it does not create an account.

A useful check is the product name on the order. If it says Amazon Essentials, and it is clothing or a household staple of the ordinary kind, it belongs in the list above. If the name is another brand, treat it as outside the service even when the item is a basic tee or a plain household good.

The home page keeps a short list of what is forwarded. This page is the place to read the clothing examples, the household examples, and the refusal rule together before you place an order.
